Veolia is working in partnership with Community Reuse to bring items that no longer serve a purpose to them but could be useful to someone else. Reusing items rather than disposing of them preserves the earth's natural resources and is the more sustainable option when you have items still fit for use.
Community Reuse financially contributes to community initiatives such as bicycle repair workshops with the help of community interest company, Circle Round. Circle Round offers these workshops to teach cyclists basic repair skills in order to encourage more people to cycle where they would normally drive or use other modes of transport. This will, in turn, help contribute to the reduction of carbon emissions in the city.
