Your request has been submitted. A confirmation email will be sent to your email if you have been successful in being allocated a slot to visit your chosen household recycling centre.
Don’t forget to bring proof of address with you when you visit, as entry may be denied without it.
Rules for visiting the site
Generally, we are operating with the following rules, specific site rules follow underneath. This is to ensure the safety of both the public and our staff. Please ensure you read and follow this guidance when visiting any of our sites:
- Use the vehicle you have booked with
- Anyone in self-isolation or with COVID-19 symptoms must NOT visit under any circumstances
- You MUST be a Birmingham resident (i.e. you pay your council tax to Birmingham City Council) and produce address documentation on your visit
- All HRCs, with the exception of Tyseley, have height restrictions of 6' 10" (2.1 meters). If your vehicle exceeds the height limit, please make your booking for Tyseley HRC.
- Access will be by the vehicle you have booked with only, strictly no pedestrians allowed
- Not bring more than eight 25kg bags (or equivalent) of inert waste, such as rubble or soil, turf, hardcore per visit
- You must NOT leave your vehicle until it is parked in a bay
- Social distancing is the responsibility of all site users
- Operatives CANNOT assist the public due to social distancing
- Children must remain in the car with seatbelts fastened
- Please treat our key workers with respect, as abuse of any kind will not be tolerated
Our staff will not be able to help you dispose of your waste.
